You should know that the more info you give the better. You've been around long enough. When did this start happening? In a recent dev build? What video backend are you using? What are your graphic settings?
Windows 11 Home x64
Intel Core i7-10700
Nvidia Rtx 2060 6GB
32.0 GB DDR4 RAM

This happened yesterday 3 times. So I x'd out and played Ishiiruka Dolphin for a while but then in I decided to check on regular Dolphin (Dolphin 5.0-3482) and it stopped happening. The only time I remember this happening was last month and I didn't have a graphics card so if I recorded footage of it happening my PC would've blew up.
Now that I have a GTX 550 ti (I know it's not the best choice, but hey, it's cheap) I could record, but I had to set my Internal res from 2.5x Native to 1x Native and from 4x MSAA to 2x MSAA because there was so much color in the video. I will soon return to recording in Medium Quality. That's why the video is so blurry.
My Graphics Settings: Default settings (with one other box checked but I'm on my laptop so I can't see)
Hope this helps
