Latest Dolphin release playing on a i7 5930k with a R9 290x.
Whenever I play the Wii version of Mario Kart I get a prompt that the Wii mote is disconnected.
This is the only game that does this, and I can clearly see that it is still connected to the PC.
Any ideas?

Try to enable Continous Scanning in Wiimote setup in Dolphin.
Specs are on my profile.

I tried that and it's always enabled but it still disconnects.
Funny thing is it's the only game that does that. I might try a different iso.

Like you're gonna try to rip it again or you've multiple copies lying about?

Yes, I have the disc sitting beside my actual Wii. I own all the Nintendo gaming systems handheld and console, the new Wii U included.

I have a fairly recent build, but I'll try the new one, who knows, just maybe.

Just FYI, if you need to work out if you need to redump your disk, you can right click on the iso in Dolphin's game list, and find the compute hash option. If you then google the result of that and don't see the Rawdump or GameTDB page for the game as one of the first links then it's likely a bad dump.
