Mario Kart Wii

Hello everyone in the forum, I was just wondering what is the best configuration for Mario Kart Wii, in the emulator and in ISO properties.

I have a PhenomII x4 945 3.0ghz, 3.0GB RAM, GeForce GT240 and Windows 7 Professional x86.

There are some races that run at full fps 50-60, but there are ones that goes 40-45 and it's some kinda annoying not playing at full speed.

Hey everyone who read this.

I got a working version of dolphin and i have a question. but first my pc specs:
windows 7 enterprise 32 bits
4gb ram 3 gb installed(dont know how to fix this maybe some one can help me also with this).
i5 dualcore 2,4 ghz processor
nvidia 2100m

mario kart the game runs fine but when i try to pass the single player menu(menu after the wifi,multiplayer etc menu). I get during the time is am at that menu an enourmus amouth of lag just 10 fps and 10vps :)
after i have passed this menu dolphin works fine. i am also going to give you my settings of dolphin.
enabled:
dualcore and the other option, disable:fog and lightning, hide mouse cursor. can some one pls help me with my problem? thanks
