I have tried everything that i can find on the wiki and what i can find on google to try to stop this problem i even changed multiple back ends and resolutions and everything.
the problem at the start of a race and through out racing the game will Hitch up drop to 1-5FPS/Stutter/Freeze then one-three seconds later it will return back to normal but this repeats through out the same race.
I am using the lastest Dev Build also.
