Mario Kart Double Dash stuttering at 60FPS 100% SPEED

It appears automatically on top. If you checked "Render to main Window" it will appear on bottom

Stages musics are not playing. Why?
And at some stages the kart and itens are smoke, why?

Im using lle..

The dark/smoke are not always at same stage, but i will printscreen when happen...

Disable audio output completely and this immediately fixed up gameplay issues. I had laggy sound.

options > configure > audio > audio backend: no audio output
