The game runs at roughly 60% in both windowed mode and full screen (1920x1080). If I disable "copy", then it'll play at a solid 100% in windowed, and 50% in fullscreen...

Here's a screenshot with it playing at 60%:

I've seen people with slower hardware play this at 1920x1080 with over 100FPS. I don't understand how.

For most of my games i use:

in General tab: Frame limit=Auto and in Audio tab= disable Audio Throttle. ( this fixed my mario kart fps and other games)

( This may solve your problem )but i use too

in dx9 tab: EFB->Copy=Texture
Accurate texture cache = Normal

and in most cases I disable: Emulated format changes, but is optional.

What benift does accurate texture cache have in the game?

Regardless, I belive you can dissable cpu access and emulate format changes for better speed with no ill-effects.

disable vertical sync unless you have screen tearing.

also read the graphics section of this performance guide: http://www.dolphin-emu.org/performance.html

anisotropic filtering and anti-aliasing are at your discretion of course

DISABLE RUMBLE (CONTROLLER)
If you have a PS Controller this may greatly increase speed.

I made all of the changes, and nothing is different. Really lost at the moment. I've tried several combinations, and nothing is giving me good frame rates. I don't think it's my system, so it's probably Dolphin?
