EDIT- I may have found a solution. I switched to an older revision. r-4643 to be specific. It seems to have fixed the issue with the controls... I hope i'll be able to use the wiimote plugin from this older revision on a newer version. But it still doesn't really explain the core issue i was having, since other people don't seem to have this problem even on newer revisions. Will test and fiddle with it to see. Still would like some advice and such on why this happens.

Just tried out Mario Galaxy (NTFS) on Dolphin, but already have an issue. Game runs fine, but ingame, the nunchuck controls seem to be messed up. When I set up the analog stick with ANY key (even the default setup), they only register down and right movements. Here's an example of what i'm talking about-

Keyboard Keys ||| Real movement ingame (by the nunchuck analog)

LEFT ||| analog right
RIGHT ||| analog right
DOWN ||| analog down
UP ||| analog up

I don't think i'm seeing any other control issues, buttons and even wiimote movements with the mouse seem to work great. The problem is that I can't move up or left, rendering the game pretty much unplayable. Not heard anything like this happening either. I even used the default key setup that comes with the emulator.

I've tried all of these revisions with identical results-
4728, 4729, 4730, 4733

No change, they all have control issues. I've not had any issues with gamecube games, but i don't currently have access to any other Wii games yet, so i can't say how this affects other ones.

I would appreciate some help, and i'll offer any other information i can if needed. Thanks in advance.

It doesn't. I tried that and no matter what keys I use, Up only goes down, and left only goes right. And for some reason, something new i've noticed is that the Z button seems to randomly get completely stuck so Mario is always crouching. Weird, but i'll try another latest build. Maybe their fiddling with the wiimote settings lately broke something. I'd like to have the new speed enhancements and improvements, but Mario will only work for me in older versions.

Mm....Try latest REV that worked whit it, try changing extensions to Nunchuck setting the button mapping of the functions with the keys. Or changing setting yourself the configuration.

Processor type: Intel Atom, 1600 MHz (4 x 400)
Memory System: 1011 MB (DDR2 SDRAM)

I tried the latest compiled build (4736) and it seems to have fixed it. They've been fiddling with wiimote settings, so i guess it's been messing things up. Now Mario Galaxy seems to work great! For some reason though, the pullstars and aiming only works properly with EFB Copy to Texture selected, RAM doesn't work properly.

Anyways, i'm very happy now, latest rev seems great! It's a ton faster than the older one. Even on my crappy CPU/GPU, the game works surprisingly well. Thanks devs!

@ zabhi
Turn off "Upright Wiimote".
You haven't shown your nunchuk config. You said you were having problems with the nunchuk, yes?
