mario galaxy is acting strange on dx9 plugin

so i was playing a few games and i thought lets play mario galaxy i still need to finish that game. i downloaded the version 4460 of dolphin and started playing. i use my mouse and keyboard for playing an normally woth the opengl plugin i can shoot stars with the pointers. they go straight as they should be. but when i use the dx9 plugin (the faster one i noticed) when i try to shoot they go sideways >.> il try to show you what i mean

ok there whent something wrong with the post the \ should habe been lined sideways (with alot of spacebars).... but i hope that you know what i mean XD
i need to feed the baby star (the black one at the begining) and with the dx 9 plugin the pointing star also doesnt react to the starbits (but i can select files in the load menu of the game)

any solutions for this? and i also got another question, with metroid prime 3 i need to pull the wiimote to myself but i have no idea hot to do that on my keyboard (or mouse) XD any help would be apriciated
