That's strange, turning the framelimit to off shouldn't cause any errors if you didn't have any errors to start with. If you have time, name those errors. The only other thing I can tell you is to use the RC1 build with the same settings we just went over. Mess with the framelimit some more. Turn it to auto, or 120fps and try off again.

Try this version.

Using the build you just gave me I turned off frame limiting, turned off the star pulling option, and made the texture copy to ram. It seems stable now but the frame limiting makes it run at something like 120 FPS
would trimmed isos matter?

Enable audio throttle in the DSP settings. That should slow it down a bit, but normally it should not be used, so remember to turn it off for other games if needed. Mess with the framelimiting some more. Try auto. Try leaving the pull-star option on now all the time with framelimit to off.

Mix and match, see what happens.

The size of the ISO makes no difference.

Figured out the problem ( i think )

I played little king's story earlier today. Just tried t again and it won't boot. Then I realized it might have to do with me using wiiscrubber to trim the iso. After re ripping the full game and trying the untrimmed version it booted. I applied this to galaxy. Sure enough, near full speed when I tried the untrimmed version.

Any idea why this happens?

Also, some of my games seem to have odd audio sync problems where the audio is too fast for the video. I have to test things out more but it's still an issue.

Your PC should be able to get full speed, but we also need to know what emulator settings you've used, all of them. It's easier to see what you have set now rather than me just telling you random settings to use.

Btw has anyone been able keep the game at a solid 60 frames? Dodgy?

Never stays at 60 entirely though, it keeps hovering between 58 and 60. If there is heavy light source & lots of enemies it drops to 54-55 but is not very noticeable

There is no way you get 40 fps in-game with one 2.4GHz processor.

Dont under estimate it... It happened on Honeyclimb galaxy, Matter Splatter hidden star in Ghostly Galaxy, and Some small planets o.o!

Edit: Forgot to say these are the only areas so far hit 40! Gets close at times around 30 to 37 depends all in the location keep that in mind!
