I searched for this on the forums, looked on the dolphin faq, looked in the wiki, and so far (unless I'm REALLY blind right now), I can't find anything on how to create a new GC memcard for dolphin

Dolphin Version is 5.0-637, master branch, revision 9e1cfbee0e78338109d44349f9afce56ad29a941

PC Stats are attached in a txt file

also, don't know if its the scp drivers I got installed to use with dolphin or this version of dolphin itself, but my audio keeps switching from speakers to headset, gotta keep changing it back and its annoying (but that's a completely separate issue atm)

A memory card automatically gets created when you play a game that needs to save to one. As long as you have "Memory Card" selected for port 1, the game will see an unformatted memory card and ask you if you want to format it.

You can also open the memory card manager to create a blank card yourself, but that isn't necessary.

You have to type the name of a memory card file that doesn't exist yet, and then Dolphin will ask if you want to create it. The problem is that the memory card manager doesn't wait for you to type Enter to confirm your selection, so you need to type the memory card name in Notepad and then paste it into the text field. If you try to type the filename in the field, e.g. MemoryCardA.USA.raw, Dolphin will ask if you want to create a memory card named M, Me, Mem, Memo, Memory, MemoryC, etc. after each keystroke, which is really annoying.
