This site can be a pain in the rear when using a modern web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox.

As you know, the latest version of Mozilla Firefox is deprecating plain old http and forcing the use of https everywhere.
It also deprecates TLS 1.0 for the more modern TLS 1.2
These changes (and other tweaks) make it very hard or almost impossible to browse the Dolphin web site or download the latest Dolphin builds.

1. Why are all downloads on https://dolphin-emu.org/download/ still ponting to plain old http links instead of https? (when the whole site is https-only)
2. I also find it weird that dl.dolphin-emu.org is using TLS 1.2, while dolphin-emu.org and forums.dolphin-emu.org are still using the old "legacy" TLS 1.0.

It sounds like somebody needs to fix FireFox and not the Dolphin website. Encryption is great, but breaking compatibility with unencrypted websites by forcing you to only connect to HTTPS URLs is a terrible idea. Maybe next week the FireFox developers will start forcing you to only load PNG images, because they don't like JPEG compression artifacts.

Yeah, no issues here either in Firefox 38. Check your settings to make sure you didn't mess with some of the security settings?

Check the Windows clock.
In my old computer the time changed every time I turned it on, and the webs with https didn't load well, specially in Firefox.
