Um no. You'd likely exceed current limits either tripping protections or burning up whatever serves the USB.

So what can i use as a power source to power 5 infrared leds on each side , battery/nokia charger/usb .

What you can power them with depends on their total current at their specified voltage, as well as Ohm's law, and the resistors they're put in series with, as well as whether each bank is in series or parallel.
