Make Dolphin output Debug Pdb files

For some reason Vs2008 won't output the debug .pdb files for Dolphin, but will output them for everything else I compile. I already checked the project settings and VS2008 is set to output the debug .pdb files for Dolphin, but it doesn't output them during compilation.

Would any developers happen to know what is causing this and how I can make VS2008 output the debug .pdb files for Dolphin?
