Make Audio not sync with FPS

alright thank you guys well i just thought maybe there was an option i got myself a new gtx 1060 with i7 now so lets hope i wont get any stutters (didnt buy the gtx for the game btw just i bought it this month) anyways i love this emulator its really good i only had like one instance in mario galaxy that went to 30 fps one was a secret room were u had to jump and the other was freezing water other then that really good
