Well, I tried it and I think the only thing it did was bork the FPS counter. Undecided
According to the counter my FPS was higher but it felt the same. I tried ZTP and SMG with it, BTW.

Ok I changed the title to something more current.
Brawl isn't the only game getting a benefit here.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to post how different games react to this, and if they actually get faster, to know what Watchdog value did you use, so I could start making a list here.

Also, I checked out the source and I can't properly find where and how the fps thing on the screen title is done (I did find out about the overlay fps in the game screen), I could use some help.

All it seems to do is screw-up the FPS counter even more. I'm sure there is a reason that the devs kept the watchdog at 60 and didn't make it adjustable... because all it does is screw the timing up.

Huge speed up on Nights. Now it runs on full speed, when setting wd to 1-15.

Every game got a speed increase a lot of games are now playable. Streetfighter 30more fps and is now playable. Zelda and mario run @ 60fps compared to 40s .Theres still some slowdown in some Wii games eventhought the Fps says 60fps. Dont know if that can be resolved. I dont know how the command works but maybe another comand line can be added to it to make it Perfect atleast for the Wii.

1. Major speed increases for 90% of the games period! 20+fps and are now playable

Its a great adition to Dolphin , needs a little refinement I guess to work perfectly with every wii game. Again in no developer but thats my exp.

It does screw up the timing of audio during cutscenes in windwaker, but i think that is totaly acceptable with a large fps bonus.

Also, can someone upload a modified build? i wanna try it out

I've been looking at both fps counters (top of the window + overlay counter -activated in OpenGL plugin-).

Both counters are processed differently, and the overlay one is almost all the time 0-5 fps lower than the window title one.
I tested both Gamecube and Wii games (well, only SSBB).

It would be appropiate to see how the fps difference is in those Wii games that actually don't see benefits from this patch.
I unfortunately don't have any of those games, so I rely on you ppl.
