Major Issue When Using Xbox One Controller

I am playing dolphin with an xbox one controller and I am having a major issue. Whenever I start walking on any game and let off thecontroller the character keeps walking and will not stop. It only does this on dolphin so I know it is not controller issue. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried increasing the controller deadzone setting so that minimal input wont get picked up?

I'm using an Elite 2 and nothing gets picked up. when I try and calibrate, the virtual joystick doesn't respond to the moving of the physical joystick. No button presses register, etc. Any fixes?

Thaks for the advice KHg8m3r. I raised the deadzone setting to 22% and now it works like it is supposed to.
