omg i'm so stupid... just loaded a savegame before entering the 3rd twilight.. so had todo everything all over, but this time i didn't cheat 
at first i didn't know how to get the (before)last tear in the town, cuz i didn't know how to get back so i used the portal hack..
which did record 1 very important portal at lake hylia so to intro to the boss-bug (for getting the final tear) didn't show up, but could still engage the fight & the by finishing it would fail
So long story short don't cheat
the reason was that i didn't pay attention to the zora's swimming trough the watergate... *i feel so stupid that i actually had forced it to corrupt*
