Magic Jox Box not recognized

Hi everybody.

today i received my 3in1 Magic Joy Box and i nearly exploded of happiness to finally play Zelda: Windwaker in FullHD

but when i insert the Joy Box and installed the drivers, it just won't show up in the Device List

i changed USB Ports, reinstalled drivers, nothing works. is there something i forgot?

fyi i use the latest version of dolphin

i expect this to work as following:

plug in magic joy box
install drivers
start dolphin
find it in device list

is this correct?

Yes, check if you see the controller in the Game Controllers dialog (Control Panel -> Devices and Printers -> Game Controller Settings.

Yes, the Magic Joy Box is mentioned in the List BUT its not mentioned as Game Controller, its mentioned as "Unknown Type"

You probably need to find another driver. Once it shows in the Game Controllers dialog, it'll work in Dolphin.

Hi, now i tried to install it in a Virtual Machine (WinXP SP2) and it does not get recognized there either.
i tried drivers for the "Super Joy Box", which surprisingly install fine, but also put the Box in the Unknown Type category.... well i think i cant use this thing, and only god knows why -.-

does anyone know an Gamecube -> USB Adapter that DEFINETLY WORKS UNDER WIN7 x64 PRO?
or a gamecube-shaped usb gamepad?

well i received absolutely no replys or help from here, thanks so far.

for all other people with the same problem, i sold the joy box and got this:

Never install drivers for game pads! All game pads should be a HID type of device. If it requires drivers you are only asking for troubles. If the manufacture did make it a HID, then that is life. I'd recommend buying an adapter that uses HID and requires no drivers like the kind I make.

AFAIK, dolphin uses SDL, and it will work with any DX bases driver. You could try emailing there support team and ask them why SDL wont recognize it. I here people with the may flash have the same issue. I think they are cones of one another.
