MacOS rejecting download

I've downloaded several versions of dolphin and all of them are rejected with this same message (see attachment)

obviously i'm on mac

Any help is appreciated! just trying to play some mario kart after almost a decade haha.

It's the notarization silliness. "Right click" it (control click or tap with two fingers) and click open, then just click open in the pop up and gatekeeper will not bother you from now on. For that version of Dolphin anyway.
