I'm using newest build of Dolphin emulator. Playing on MacBook Pro M1, I have all setting set correctly (I think so) Vulcan, Apple M1 in graphics settings. However without V-sync enabled my game is almost unplayable (the game I play is super naruto gekitou ninja taisen 4). Could anyone advice how to get rid of screen micro freezing/stuttering without v-sync enabled? V-sync creates input lag, the game is slower and I want to play competitive online.
