I am planning on running dolphin to play Super Smash Bros Brawl on my Mid 2012 13" Macbook Pro, but I wanted to make sure that this is even possible before buying the things I need in order to do it. Is it? My computer specs are:
Processor: 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB
I'm running OSX Mavericks but I could also run it on Windows 8 64 bit through bootcamp. Would that have an effect on speed or anythign?
I don't really care about sacrificing resolution to get it to run at full speed if necessary. I have looked at some other similar threads and heard that some Macbooks will get extremely hot when using dolphin as they aren't really gaming computers. Are there any problems that I could encounter besides overheating, and will that hurt my computer in the long run?
Thanks
