(Search the "Controller" forum)For starters, I hate that answer to problems. Go sit in the corner. Secondly, I couldn't find it with more time searching than is really reasonable, and found a fix much faster by messing around with settings. It would have been faster if someone could have just explained it to me. FIX Here's the problem I was having: every time I pressed a button on the Wiimote, the four lights would flash but I use it to do anything, four lights kept flashing. Here's why the problem happens: You probably found a windows help guide and followed similar steps on your Mac and paired the Wiimote with your Mac, and then tried to use it in Dolphin. This is wrong, and it's not your fault, nobody really told you how to do it right. Here's the solution I found: Your Wiimote is paired to your Mac and we have to undo that first. Go to System Preferences (under Applications if not in your dock). Now choose Bluetooth. You should see something that looks like this; Nintendo RVL-CNT-01. Highlight it, and click on the - button at the bottom of the window to delete device. Now that you are no longer paired, don't do that again. Your Wiimote should never be paired to a computer for Dolphin to work. Now open Dolphin. Select the Wiimote tab to open the Wiimote Configuration window. Wiimote 1 should be Real Wiimote, and the rest should be None. Hit 1 and 2 on your Wiimote, then hit Refresh. A window will likely pop up with a pairing request. Ignore it and let it go away on its own. Now hit refresh again (and hit 1 and 2 on your Wiimote if your lights have stopped flashing). The Wiimote will vibrate and the first light will come on and stay on. Congrats, problem solved. 07-17-2013, 03:18 PM
Awesome tip, saved me from sweeping up a broken wiimote.

This trick works **sometimes** but ONLY with ONE wiimote... i've tried all, but i can't get two wiimotes working on OSX 10.8.5. I've both wiimotes unpaired and i ignore the window requesting the code but even doing this is VERY HARD to get only one connected (when it vibrates) but for me, it's impossible to connect the second one.
Any tips?? i'm doing something wrong? or it's Dolphin that simply doesn't work with two wiimotes on Mac OS?
