Alright so my girlfriend has a Macbook pro Retina and shes able to play gamecube games just fine but when she tries playing a wii game, the game won't recognize the trackpad as the wiimote controller. She says it will click when she does, but it wont move the cursor at all.
In the wiimote controller configurations she has emulated wiimote selected, and the IR box detects her trackpad fine. Once in the game the only way it will detect the mouse is by scrolling (two finger placement) and the field range of it is really small, is there maybe something we can do to change this?
I've spent some time reading forums and whatnot and it seems like there is not support for this yet, am I correct in this? I see most people will just use a usb mouse or actual wiimote, but I'm wondering if anyone's made it possible to work, maybe with a patch or something, or if its actually currently impossible.
If we can't do it, why is that? Shes tried changing the mapping herself and its confusing that dolphin will detect it but not be able to use in the actual emulation, so we're pretty curious as to why its not as simple as loading it up and mapping the trackpad.
Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

She has no current issues with Dolphin and games load and work fine, this is the only problem at this point and time.
-If the game matters (for a specific version etc) shes trying to play Animal Crossing City Folk and is on the MacBook Pro Retina Display, OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2.
-She's tried a few dolphin versions, and is currently running 3.0-413.
anytime we've had problems with dolphin in the past you guys've helped fix it in an awesomely fast manner so here's to you guys helping us out! great support here, really appreciate it.
