Max FPS NTSC : 30FPS
If you have PAL version , it should be around 23-25FPS
Max Setting for Nvidia GT 540M : 2.5x IR (1600x1320) , No AA , 16x AF
Also 8gb of Ram is wasteful , 4Gb of Ram is more than enough . Save the money for better CPU(i7-2760QM) if you want full speed all the time
