I've tried everything i can think to do ... but i loaded up my Xenoblade Chronicles NTSC onto my mac book... everything looks great... but the fps is ridiculously slow once i get out into the open world... i have a macbook with mac osx snow leopard 10.6.8 and dolphin 3.0... would osx lion and a newer or newest version of dolphin and 4 GB RAM rather than my 2 GB RAM help this at all or is it really necessary to have a godlike computer for this thing? please help me ... i love this game ... easier on my eyes on my laptop...

Your processor is too slow for this game.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1 CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked) GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1) RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333 04-13-2012, 01:27 AM
You can try to overclock to get more speed or buy a new PC.

You're going to have to figure out the overclocking yourself and if it's safe/worth it for you to do that or not. You technically can use OSX, but Windows x64 will perform better. Either way, with your current setup, you may gain a little extra speed by overclocking but a faster processor is needed. Try some other games and see what speeds you get.

this may sound stupid but is it possible to change out a processor on a laptop? or if i got a macbook pro in the future like
2.2GHz quad-core Intel Core i7 4GB 1333MHz 500GB 5400-rpm1 Intel HD Graphics 3000 AMD Radeon HD 6750M with 512MB GDDR 04-13-2012, 01:40 AM
No, you can't change out laptop processors. Without knowing which i7 you're talking about, I'd say the game would run much better, but maybe not full speed.
