So, I just downloaded Dolphin 5.0 yesterday and I got the mac keyboard working just fine to play Pokemon XD.

Like, literally it was 100% working fine.

Woke up today and opened up my rom to keep playing and now the keyboard just doesn't work at ALL.

Reconfigured it. Nothing. And yes, port 1 is set to standard controller and the keyboard is set to port 2.

I didn't change ANYTHING at all between when I stopped playing last night and when I woke up this morning.

Is there anything I can do? I put in a lot of hours on the game yesterday so I don't want to lose my save data or anything and I can't even get a newer dev version to work without crashing.

So, you should definitely download the latest dev build of Dolphin 5.0, it is way better than 5.0 stable (faster, less bugs, better controller input)

Secondly, you shouldn't have port 2 set to keyboard, that's the option for the GC keyboard, which was used for Phantasy Star and the like (it's this monstrosity https://www.amazon.com/Nintendo-GameCube-ASCII-Keyboard-Controller/dp/B0000694RM)

Thirdly, after updating to the latest dev build, go into port 1, and then set it to the input that says "Quartz/0/Keyboard & Mouse" or something like that
