Luigi's Mansion new build crashing

For some reason Luigi's Mansion works fine with build 3972 sound and graphics. But every time I enter the mansion after getting the poltergeist 3000 the game crashes. Is there a specific config needed?

I have Windows 7 x64 and am using Open GL
