I've been having some strange trouble with the two games in the title.
The Fire Emblem one is Path of Radiance by the way.

There's this... effect on the sound in Luigi's mansion. Like certain tones get dragged out and get all choppy.
In Path of Radiance, it's just during the pre-rendered cutscenes and chapter transition screens, but ALL audio is really drag-chopped there. The video also suffers a similar effect in these cutscenes.

I'm using 5834 at the moment.

What are you computer specifications? It could be that the game is not being emulated at full speed, that causes choppy sounds.
New computer, I'm back!

I am tired of newbies posting about problems before they read: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-3936.html , http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-4.html , http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/announcement-4.html

Checkout my latest project ( it is a program that downloads and compiles dolphin on mac and linux now): http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu-downloader (It's unofficial and maintained by me, not the dolphin dev team)

I didn't post my specs right away because I wanted to see if there was a known issue already not specific to my computer.

Since that doesn't seem to be the case:

OS: Windows XP (32-bit)
Graphics: Nvidia 8800 GT
CPU: Intel Core Quad Q6600 2.40Ghz

And no, I don't think the speed is a problem. I've had slow speeds in other games with no similar effect, plus most of the time the games in question run at close to 100% speed.
