lr-dolphin help on RetroPie

A couple questions on lr-dolphin if anyone uses it.  How do i get my 8bitdo joystick to work?  I can access Retroarch but cant do anything and get the attached picture when the game loads.  
Also, what do i do with my nand.bin?   How do i import the bootmii nand.bin?
