LoZ Wind Waker Wobby Boat Animation on Title Screen

I updated dolphin today with the auto updater and found that Wind Waker has a strange graphical issue where the boat in the title screen moves in a wobbly manner, reminiscent of the way the PS1 games rendered polygons. I'll link it here:

I played this game a few days ago with updated version, and it didn't show any problem so I'm assuming it's a new issue. My current version is 5.0-13138. The problem keeps happening in any graphics API.

The settings are exactly the same from before, however I did clean the files stored in the Cache folder in case shader cache wasn't compatible so I don't know if the problem is there, however, I've cleaned the Cache folder before without issues. Here they are my graphics settings in any case.

Well I was tinkering with all the settings until I found out unchecking "Vertex Rounding" on hacks seems to fix it so I guess that was it.
