hey im new to this whole thing ive read alot of posts on people needing fps help but guess my lack of knowledge on subject hinders me from fully understanding what it is i need to do... like to start im not sure what specifics you need of my computer. here is what i think you guys might need let me know what else and any suggestions of things i can do to help make it better

CPU too weak. Anyway, the game will be kind of playable in the majority of its parts.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

well that sucks... so really not whole lotta options i got. i know ppl talked about overclocking and stuff but not sure on it and dont wanna if its risky

and also what are options towards say like gettin a better cpu

If your bucks can cut it, try getting either an i5-4670K or i7-4770K. Those are the most powerful CPUs actually for Dolphin.

If you can´t, don´t worry. Your current CPU is still good for other games that are lightweight (like the one you want): Luigi´s Mansion, Mario Kart-D.D, Mario Party GC series... Even Super Mario Sunshine will be playable on that.

i7-4770K would be best over the i5 though? and would that pretty much boost my speed on WW or does anythin else on my system look like itll hinder it too

The GPU will do well, so there´s no need to change it... for now. The CPUs I mentioned have little to no difference in Dolphin´s performance, so it´s all up to you.

Even with that in mind, it´s good to put an eye into their Intel ARK respective pages.
