Howdy. First post and all, and I'm sorry if this one's been answered before. I've been lookin' for this a bit with no answer that seems to fix it.
My specs are:

Processor/CPU: AMD A8-6410 APU
Video Card/GPU: AMD Radeon R5 Graphics
Memory/RAM: 8 GB
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 5.0-9299
OS: Windows 10 64x

My problem: Utter lag if I use OpenGL for my graphics backend [never running past 20 fps at any point,] and Direct3D 11 causes vital parts of the interface and graphics to disappear but runs 30 FPS. Looked around, found some suggestions and found that messing with the gameini of Twilight Princess on Dolphin 3.0 did the trick- 30 fps and thriving. Only problem is that I can't use my gamecube controller on that version of Dolphin, which is kinda make-it-or-break-it for me. Dolphin 4.0 had the same issue with lag as 5.0-9299 did.

I guess my question is, isn't there some kinda way to make Dolphin 4.0 and above function like 3.0 did? I'm totally okay sacrificing my graphics for the sake of performance. The 'adjustments' to Dolphin 3.0 I used are from this website.

Thank you so much for your time. Hopefully the answer isn't, like, right in front of my face  Undecided Undecided

What parts of the interface and graphics disappear? They shouldn't on D3D11.

The introductory logos/disclaimer screen, the 'press start' and LOZ logo, the entirety of the main menu, and any textboxes and interface things like a/b button/map do not appear. Transitions do not function, only blurring out slightly and staying frozen on that before the screen flickers black and the new area loads. The pause menu that lets you see your inventory also is just pure black with only Link standing where he usually should.

The title screen's opening thing also looks really weird. The sky is like, desaturated red with no clouds like it usually does. There's also no gold barrier than Wolf Link howls against, along with other minor oddities here and there.

That's weird. Have you tried a clean install of the latest GPU drivers available for your system?

Well OpenGL is very poorly optimized on AMD's official drivers, so that's easy. Try the latest dev build with Vulkan. i'm pretty sure the R5 series cards support it, and it runs great on my AMD R9 Fury.

If you went back to 3.0, you're incredibly outdated.
EDIT: realized you were using latest dev initaially. Try Vulkan.
Intel DZ75ML-45K
Intel Core i5 3570K @4.0GHz
Sapphire AMD R9 Fury 4GB HBM Memory @ 500Mhz Core @ 1150MHz
2x4GB DDR3-1600 RAM
Intel 545s 256GB SSD

I remember giving Vulkan a shot, but it said that it couldn't find the libraries or something for it. Is there any place to download something..?
EDIT: I just got home and the actual error says 'Failed to create Vulkan instance.'

Yes, I have. Same problem, I'm afraid. Sad

Actually, downloading a beta of Vulkan and installing did the trick! Thank you so much for helping me with this!
