I want to get the max amount of FPS with this game. I'm stuttering around 21-24fps with my current settings in OpenGL. Can anyone recommend the best renderer/settings for highest performance(highest FPS) in Dolphin rvn6167 64-bit? Thank you.

Obviously you didn't read my post. I'm not using DX11 as my video card doesn't support it. I could use DX9 but OpenGL gets higher FPS. So again, anyone recommend the best settings for highest performance and whatever revision version I should use in your opinion?

30-40fps is too slow? Metroid:Other M on the Wii runs at 30fps 480p and that's how they designed/programmed it. Every game designed for the Wii runs at 30fps. Even Zelda that was made for the GC runs at 30fps on the Wii. Only things running at higher rates are games that don't require rendering -- like 2D games.

No one has anything to say that is actually help?

you are wrong, metroid other m runs at 60 fps and every metroid prime game runs at 60fps too, and not just metroid, mario galaxy, tales of symphonia DOANW and the fisrt one, tatsunoko VS capcom, well, there are a lot of games running at 60 fps on the wii or GC, so obviously im running it almost half speed

Nope. Those are all good examples of games that run at 60 fps, this is well known on the forums. I have metroid prime, prime 2, and prime 3 myself and they all run at 60fps. Some games are 30 fps and some are 60 fps (if it's an NTSC game), other M is a 60 fps game just like all the other metroids.

Ask around in the game threads and especially the other M thread if you don't believe us. Although most gamecube games run at 30 fps a lot run at 60 fps. Not sure about wii since I only have 1 wii game but from what I hear from other users in the game threads wii games seem to have a much higher proportion of 60 fps games than gamecube.

You haven't told us anything about your current configuration yet and your not using D3D9 which most people use because it's overall a better plugin at this point. I'm not saying you can't use it I'm just saying that most people won't be able to help you with opengl since they don't use it themselves. Many of the settings I would recommend for speedups would probably break something in this game but this question should have been asked in the game thread to begin with quite frankly so I suggest you ask it there if you want more help: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-11788-page-11.html
