Lower Resolution for Speedup?

We are using the same Dolphin build and game build. Not using memory card.

We were using dual core though, which I know isn't recommended.
I can try disabling but I fear his machine might need that setting for smooth performance.

PS. Just want to thank everyone here for amazing work with Dolphin.
