EDIT: It works ^^ If I disable this Soundthing the fps is just fine in battle but the sound is horrible :p So i disabble the music ingame and let my winamp do the music stuff 
This way I get Battlegmx and hear the Voices and the fps is just fine in battle ^^ Thank you all *bow*
