Ok, so I've nearly memorized the entire forums trying to get my fps higher, however all i get is 10 fps. (The game is smash bros melee)
I've changed the setting to dual core, checked off the htk throttle, if you guys could help me out, that would be swell.
My specs:
Amd x2 3800+ Nvidia gforce 8500+ 1 gig ram
