Hello all, this is my first time using dolphin so im not that clued up but i do know my way around a pc.. ive got a bit stuck and any help would be appreciated. So im gettings 50 fps in the menu's which then drops to about 15 when i enter a game, my specs aint that bad but i cant see my system settings giving me another 45 fps.. but it has to be one of those right?

Ok so heres my specs

Ok sorry handsome, game is Tastunoko vs Capcom: Ultimate All Stars (Wii) and I have a Radeon HD3870 GDDR3 512mb, havent tried any other games as of yet, got a couple on the way though
Ive tried all the settings that were advised but still gettin about 10 fps in game, feels faster within the menu's though i think the dolphin dx9 made it much better

Never tried that game Tongue but your gpu should more than suffice to handle Dolphin... maybe a driver update is in order?

And according to this thread http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/thread-6812.html you should've get full fps, hmm...

May need to update his directx run time. which was updated this month (June) , if its not up to date and he's trying to play a newer revision that isn't showing directx plugins, is probably the reason

Thanks Kos but ive updated my directx already, that was why i couldnt find the dolphin directx9.. unfortunately even using that with various settings it doesnt run at the right frame rate.. Naoan i checked out that thread and they were using a different version of dolphin to me so i tried build 4838m, this also didnt work.. and it now seems to be limiting the frames to 50, which drops to about 20 in game.

Is it a good idea to test out different builds of dolphin? Im so close to giving up but and blaming it on my pc specs, but from what ive seen it should be fine Sad..
