low fps legend of zelda : twilight prinses

Hi all

i kind of new to the dolphin and i need some help.
I tried to play legend of zelda : twilight prinses but i keep getting low fps.
It looks more like a slide show then a gc game. i have a

Pentium core 2 dual 6300 @ 1.86 Ghz
3 GB RAM and ATI sapphire x1950 GT 256MB

I tried several configs and settings. also diffrend builds.
But nothing seems to work is still dont get the fps above 15/20
can anyone help?

That game is really heavy and your pc is too weak to run it
I get around 25FPS ingame,15-20FPS in hyrule field with my specs below
