Hey guys... after reading the "New super mario bros.... help!" thread for days, I still cant manage to get good fps speeds. Is this due to my computers specs? I have a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13 Cpu and a Nvidia 7900 GS 256mb Video card with 2gb of ram running windows 7. I also tried running Paper Mario 2 Thousand Year Door and got around the same fps, 35-42. Ive read stickies to help speed up games also and im still not getting great results.

Thanks in advance

I'm having the same problem. My specs are:

Intel Core Duo 2.0 Ghz Cpu
GeForce 9600M GT (512mb) w/ DX 10
4 gigs of Ram
64 bit version of Windows Vista

I can't get any of my games to run more than 7fps. Huh Angry

Just by looking it seems that it our CPU's could be the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? Besides buying new hardware.
