You're gonna need faster hardware, I guess. There are numerous balms in Gilead that can heal you to some degree, but they all fall short of the panacea that is faster hardware.
If you're looking for a laptop, go for something with an i7-4700MQ (or some similar number) and a dedicated GPU. If you'd prefer a desktop for Dolphin, an i5-4670K and a GTX 760/R9 270X would be plenty.
(If you really don't want better hardware just to play Pikmin on, there *are* more options that speed things up, but they can break the game. I refuse to recommend them for that reason.)
