Right before formatting, I cleaned all the pieces of my computer thanks to the fact that they were filled with dust.
Also, I do get top speed, but for a couple of minutes right after I start my computer, and what happens is that it starts slowing down gradually.
So, I'm convinced that I have a CPU problem. I can play most games that require GPU power but games like Sonic Generations (on Steam) or demanding Dolphin games that require CPU power are really hard to go by. And no, I just can't make Ishiiruka work, for the heck of it.
Well, I'll be waiting for your responses, I'll be looking for the problem on my machine this afternoon.
Judging by the specs on your profile, I'm surprised you can even launch games.
