Yea, that GPU doesn´t even support OpenGL 3: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-9600-gso/specifications

Hey, Guys, the problem is finally solved... All I had to do was disassemble one of my Coolers because one of its pieces was disconnected from it.

I am now back to getting 70 FPS with Sonic Colors (the most demanding game I have)
