A couple of ways that are cheap to upgrade you computer involve: getting and few cheap fast HDDs that is if your system has multiple SATA ports and running them in your choice of RAID, mine is RAID 0 then move all the dolphin files and games onto those disks to improve speed and relieve the system disk of being under load, you can also do this with a SSD or NVME drive. Uprade you CPU, I always hit the cheapest one that can max your bus speed then I go for more cores then higher clock speed in this way you avoid bottlenecking. RAM can be expensive or inexpensive, I go with a 2 kit of 4GBs or 8GBs that way you get the Dual Channel benefits. GPUs are the most expensive upgrade a computer can normally make, notice I'm just running off my CPU's integrated GPU the reason for that is because I lacked the money at the time I built this PC to get the GPU I wanted, plus I wanted to wait for the GTX 1050 SSC by EVGA which I'll be buying soon, it's $120 not a bad price for a new card with all the latest features.
