You had to use older Dolphin version before formatting then . Afaik, Dolphin 5.0 is only available via Windows 64bit
Latest Dolphin requires more GPU power , possibly more CPU power as well
The thing is latest Dolphin has 4 graphic backend : Direct3d11 (Directx10 and Directx11) , OpenGL , Vulcan , Direct3d12 (Directx12)
Your Geforce 9600 GSO is a Directx9 GPU which is pretty old (from 2008)
Older Dolphin may have an option for Directx9 user but latest Dolphin no longer support that
I have no idea how Dolphin would run on your computer as you showed Direct3d11 in your graphic settings . The only backend that could work for you is OpenGL
