I tried playing Twilight Princess(Gamecube) on my Moto G7!!

Well I can get at least 24-25 FPS in the title screen, however it just runs at 9-11 FPS as I enter the main game...

Can someone please help!!

Getting good FPS at the title doesn't mean you will get the same in game.

Well

That's not Twilight Princess. Different games have different hardware requirements.

(And it's not like that video actually is running at a good speed anyway...)

Yeah, the Snapdragon 632 in the Moto G7 is good for light weight titles like Luigi's Mansion or SB Melee but it will struggle with heavier titles like Zelda TP or SM Sunshine. If you want consistent performance, you'll want a phone with a Snapdragon 845 processor or better.

Something like an Intel Core i5 9300H would be good... but I guess you mean in a Phone, then... um... none as phones are still too slow to run games at full speed in Dolphin without hacks that have the potential to break the game, On top of that you will have issues with the graphics drivers on phones.
Check my profile for up to date specs.
