low fps?

ok, since the beginning of how I'll post the config of my pc:











well see that these setting are higher than shown on the main site, but do not understand why they even n the fps goes from 10 (when showing 3D objects)

Versions for the emulator: Dolphin SVN R 6666

already tried some games, zelda tp, luigi mansion, mario sunshine
mario fps: 4 (wtf) zelda fps, 8 fps luigi: 10

could someone give me a hint of what could be this slow?

is playable but the lag is annoying ...
already downloaded the required programs, already configured for higher performance using the tutorial website

To use Dolphin get a better one !

Intel Celeron 1.80 is too slow.
get a "duo core" 2.3GHZ or higher.
Video card is also important.
