Low emulation speed in Cutscenes

Hello there,

I play Super Mario Sunshine on Dolphin 5.0 with the 60FPS-Code for PAL, the region-free Widescreen-Code and with a HD texture pack in Full HD resolution. Whenever I trigger cutscenes in the game, the FPS go up to >1000, but the emulation speed goes down to <50%. Do you know how to fix that?

I look forward to reading your answers!

My system:
Intel i7 7700 4x 3,6 GHz
Nvidia GeForce 1060 6GB GDDR5
Samsung 16 GB DDR4 RAM
ISO file is on a m.2-SSD ~250GB

When the game boots, you have to hold the B button and set the game to 60 Hz.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

That fixed it, it's lagging still, but that could be the missing hardware power of my PC. There aren't any >2000 FPS anymore, so my problem is solved. Thank you!
