Lost Winds: Sound garbled on r6477

I'm trying to play Lost Winds... the game runs perfectly smooth on my computer but I have to totally disable the sound emulation... not because it slows it down but because it just high pitched noise... I can barely hear some background music. Is there a know fix for this?

Man, just be happy. That game didn't work for more than 1,000 SVNs.
