Lost connection to Wii remote during netplay

So I've been trying to netplay Dokapon Kingdom with a friend of mine but we cant connect the wiimote (emulated), and I feel like I've tried everything.

Please help, it's getting frustrating not being able to play the game.

Update to the latest development version of Dolphin. 5.0 doesn't support Wii Remotes in netplay.
