New update: getting a little further.
I removed all existence of Dolphin as well as removed my Wii config from Rocket Launcher and started over.
I reinstalled Dolphin 15105 and rebuilt the Wii config in RL.
Now my Wii emulated controls work fine in Dolphin directly and don’t seem to be resetting anymore. However when I launch Dolphin from RL, the controls don’t work at all.
So it seems I have some misconfig in RL that seems to be messing with the controls. Any ideas?
