Losing controller settings and "unknown entry type 6" errors.

I am running dolphin-master-5.0-15105-x64 and everything was working great for several weeks and now two problems have come up.  Everything was good until I tried creating various controller profiles for different games.

Everything initially runs fine directly in Dolphin.  When I try running from Hyperspin/RL, I'm now getting the "unknown entry type 6" error.  I deleted the SYSCONF and after manually reconfiguring everything back again and seems to be good directly from Dolphin again, but the problem comes right back after trying from Hyperspin/RL.  So this time I deleted the entire Dolphin Emulator folder in My Documents and started over.  Same thing happens over and over again.

The other problem that happens is that after the "unknown entry type 6" error come up and I close the error box, if I go back and try loading dolphin directly it seems to have lost my controller config.  My emulated WII remotes get unselected and go back to Passthrough a Bluetooth adapter.   Deleting the SYSCONF and starting over fixes this, but both problems come back after I try launching again from Hyerpspin/RL.

As I mentioned it was working great for weeks until I tried creating controller profiles.  All I'm doing is emulating basic Wii Remotes (No extensions).  My default config is setting the Wii remote sideways, and the profiles I created were to switch the Wii remote upright for a couple of games that I set in the game config properties user config.

Any ideas to what I'm doing wrong?

New update: getting a little further.

I removed all existence of Dolphin as well as removed my Wii config from Rocket Launcher and started over.
I reinstalled Dolphin 15105 and rebuilt the Wii config in RL.

Now my Wii emulated controls work fine in Dolphin directly and don’t seem to be resetting anymore. However when I launch Dolphin from RL, the controls don’t work at all.

So it seems I have some misconfig in RL that seems to be messing with the controls. Any ideas?

Well I got it working finally.

Similar to my previous post, I removed all existence of Dolphin and this time used the stable version and now my controls are working again in Dolphin when launched from RL. I could not get any version of beta or dev to work when launched from RL. The Beta and Dev all worked perfectly if I ran Dolphin by itself.
